Dear Young Lady,
If you are young then you don't remember President John Kennedy. He came on the presidential scene in much the same way as Barack Obama. Many people thought he lacked experience yet he ranks as one of the best president's we have ever had (Bay of Pigs aside). I respect that you have a right to your opinion, but, our country is bleeding and I think we need a fresh look. Have you actually read in depth McCain's plans for this country or have you looked into Obama's? And, just how is Obama a rock star. Why? because he is able to draw bigger crowds? Because he is actually able to give speeches full of hope and promise instead of attacks and negativity? He grew up like all of us in the middle class. His mother struggled just like our parents did. Everyone has a right to vote for who you want, but, make sure you absolutely know what you're getting. Don't listen to the attacks of McCain and Palin who are so desperate that they will say anything. And, look back in history at all of our Presidents starting with George Washington...did he have the experience needed...the experience as described by those who would say Obama doesn't have it. No, he didn't. And many of our Presidents did not. Don't base your vote on experience...base it on what the candidate stands for, what he intends to do and really make sure you are voting for the right person. And, if for you that turns out to be McCain...then that is your right as long as you truly know what you will be getting in a President.
